What is the guaranteed cure for type 1 diabetes?
If someone out there knows the answer. I too would like to know.

Your not the only one. Pharmaceutical companies would pay millions to find out. Type one is genetic. It is a condition a person is born with (but may be diagnosed later in life). There is no cure, but treatment is possible.

We’d all like to know, but as of yet there is no known cure.

they said gastric bypass surgery can cure diabetes but that is for Type 2.
For type 1; there is no cure but many universities and colleges are doing research.

The only guarantee, at the moment, is death.
There are currently experimental surgeries, involving the transplantation of islet cells into the liver of the recipient, undergoing trials. At the moment, however, there is no 100% success rate, though strides are being made in that direction.
Some type 1s are remaining free of insulin injections for periods of time, whereas others are able to use smaller doses of insulin for lengthier periods.
Current research in this area surrounds encapsulating the transplanted islet cells in an extract from seaweed which, apparently, deters the recipient’s body from rejecting the transplant. (There are transplants currently being done using human islets and also islets from genetically modified pigs.)
Let’s keep our fingers crossed that something comes of it.

Type one is genetic. It is a condition a person is born with (but may be diagnosed later in life). There is no cure, but treatment is possible.
Once you are diagnosed with diabetes you should immediately consult with a doctor who will then prescribe the best diabetes treatment for your particular case.
Diet And Exercises
Though it is possible to take diabetes treatment without resorting to medications and injections, the deciding factor would be the type of diabetes that is affecting you and its causes as well as your present state of being. Among the other diabetes treatments that you should consider using is performing plenty of exercise while chalking out a proper diet has also proven to be very effective. Since you form certain habits that are a result of your diet and exercise regime, this is one great way of improving your diabetes problem as it helps to reduce the risk of complications while also brings blood sugar levels to manageable levels. And, if that is not enough, this kind of diabetes treatment can also help in the prevention of the disease under certain circumstances.
Diet is indeed a very effective diabetes treatment which means changing your lifestyle in order to bring elevated blood sugar levels down to normal, and it will prevent you from suffering from other complications as well. In fact, obesity is among the leading causes of becoming a diabetic, which requires losing weight so that it will help you become less of a diabetic, figuratively speaking.
When you consider diet as your method of diabetes treatment, you must only take a meal that has less of sugar and also as little of saturated fat as is possible, and eat more of fibrous content that is much healthier. Another aspect to diet as your method of diabetes treatment is being consistent with your diet which requires eating the same amount of calories during the day which will thus not cause any problems with blood sugar and keep it in the normal range as well.
But, diet alone may not be enough as your diabetes treatment, and it must be accompanied with proper exercise which will do wonders for your diabetes condition. In fact, you should make it a point to exercise thrice in a week for about twenty minutes for each exercise which should do you well, and jogging and also walking is also advantageous to your well-being.

There is no cure. I hope there will be someday.
Advances in research have been made and possible methods have been found but a few are quite controversial (stem cell transplants, for instance0.
As for gastric bypass curing type 2, that is not true. Yes, it may seem like a cure when a person is able to go off meds but the diabetes is still there, just waiting to once again rear it’s ugly head. I think people are confusing "cure" with "control". Many type 2s are able to go off meds. However, they must still maintain strict vigilance over their diets and exercise plans.
Keep hoping…I support research into a cure. I’ve had type 1 longer than I care to remember.

as of now, it can only be controlled but can not be permanently cured.

There are some very promising studies currently underway adopting similar approaches of, correcting the autoimmune problem together with regenerating Beta cell growth. Dr Faustman is probably the best known using BCG vaccine but also DiaKine using LSF in combination with INGAP and also Dr Terry Strom of Harvard University. See the links below in ’sources’.
In fact there are quite a few researchers with similar approaches. I do believe that any scepticism that there might have been in the past as to the possibility of reversing type 1 is now on the back-foot, due to the weight of evidence that is demonstrating that this realistically achievable in principle. Hopefully this will speed progress to a viable cure.
In the absence of a full ‘reversal/cure’ encapsulated cell transplants are another realistic and acievable alternative. Encapsulation of transpanted Beta cells has demonstrated that dangerous immunosuppressants (such as used in the Edmonton Protocol) are not necessary, the encapsulation system (alginate) hides the cells from the immune system but allows nutrients in, to support the cell and also allows insulin to be secreted. The work being done by LCT in New Zealand is possibly the most advanced and promising in this field (see below).

Look at this with an open mind.It is free and you will notice the improvements in general health and from the sugar readings. The pancreas and kidneys get exercised with these breathing techniques and help the body to treat itself.
These pranayam exercises will help control the diabetes and the side effects.Build up the timing gradually. If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume later. The benefits will be noticed in weeks as the sugar level is checked daily.Over the long tern the diabetes will be in full control and the medicine can be reduced in consultation with the doctor.
Anulom Vilom –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed deep breath-in through right nostril
then – close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day(maximum 60 minutes in one day).
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs. You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.
Kapalbhati -(Do it before eating) Push air forcefully out through the nose about once per second. Stomach will itself go in(contract in). The breathing in(through the nose) will happen automatically. Establish a rhythm and do for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day.(Max 60 min/day)
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
Not for pregnant women. Seriously ill people do it gently.
Also everyday press the centre point of the palm of your hand 40 times with the thumb and press the tips of all fingers 40 times each.
