His level was 7.5. We changed our lifestyle completely cutting out rubbish and eating lots of fruits and veg, fish and whole foods. We also took long walks every day. After one year his levels had dropped to 6.2 and last week we went back for his yearly results and they were 5.5. So it can be reversed. We both look and feel better but you must remember this change of lifestyle is for life, not just a short while. You can do it if your willing to eat & exerize & lose the weight every day not just when you want to or when you "can" but every day.
