Are "Fractionated" Oils and "Partially Fractionated" Oils GOOD or BAD?
I need a straight answer, not a run around on HOW these oils are made. That is all that’s talked about online and is not important WHAT SO EVER. What EXACTLY do these oils called "Fractionated" do to the body once ingested. "Hydrogenated/Partially Hydrogenated" oils are EXTREMELY harmful and cause Diabetes, "Fractionated" oils are NEW. If there’s not one thing, there’s a new thing and there are MANY other forms of the SAME words meaning the SAME thing just spelled slightly different. SO…IS "Fractionated" oil GOOD or DANGEROUS for human health? Please, ONLY natural health experts who believe in natural remedies apply your answer, no doctors.
From what I’ve seen and read Fractionated oils can contain higher quantities of saturated fats (which is bad for you). But I think it depends on the fractionating process itself and the type of oil that you are talking about. It’s really hard to find solid information on this topic. I say if you can’t find solid, positive information on something avoid it!
